「The location is very close to Riva Waterfront. I loved this hotel, although I came here in winter time, the hotel still offered me the five-star accommodation and service to me. 「The staff were really friendly and helpful. We stayed in the annex and it was quiet and clean. The breakfast was amazing with loads of choice. Very convenient location, only 5 mins walk to the local bus station where you can get buses to the airport and Klis castle etc really easily. About 15 min walk to the palace and waterfront. Roof top pool and hot tubs a massive plus. We would definitely stay again 」

「We were so well taken care of during the 4 night stay. They proactively gave us travel advice to reach Split, and to ensure we could find the hotel in the Old City area, a porter with a golf cart was sent to the ferry pier to meet us . When we left, a porter led to the Uber spot. Everything seamless. The hotel itself is pretty, clean, safe and convenient.」

「The staff were lovely, and the hotel is in a very convenient location, with the Riva being an easy 10 minute walk. However, it's extremely difficult to find, as there is no name outside - luckily, I happened to recognise the metal gates from the listing photos. It's actually just off the square where the bus/taxi stops are, so it's easy once you know where to look. The rooms were very clean, and the shower was great, but there were no English TV channels - only Croatian. There were no tea/coffee...

「Excellent staff and customer service! Gold star for all on that :) Beautiful location! Comfy room for one night though lots of loud nosies into the night and early morning. We were on ground floor with parking lot outside window. Overall, very good!」
