Lovington Pet-friendly Hotel

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Some areas showing some wear but nothing that was a problem. Room very comfortable. We had to stay an extra night because of an ice storm. Staff arranged for us to stay in same room so we didn't have to move to another room for that night. Breakfast was good but chafing dishes didnt kerp things warm."

"Staff was very friendly. Lobby & breakfast area was comfortable, clean and felt very "homey". Pool was great for the kids and the hot tub was for mom and dad. It helped us out tremendously that we were able to check in early."

"This is a newly renovated property. In fact, if you look the location up on a map it still says an old hotel name. Our rooms were very nice and clean. Only a few small things that I am assuming will get done in time- no tissues in the room, no place for a towel by the sink. Otherwise the room was spacious and comfortable. Their breakfast was really good (standard) breakfast fare. The lobby is obnoxiously warm, but they have a door leading directly outside from there which is why the heat is up so high. The staff was absolutely wonderful to me and my team. They were incredibly helpful when Expedia messed up our reservation and helped us to fix it. My only complaint is that there was a persistent marajuana odor in the building and it permeated into the rooms. Unfortunately this is the norm now at hotels, so I can't blame the hotel for it. "
