"This is a really cute budget friendly hotel. It’s going under renovation so there’s some construction going on but the rates reflect that right in the heart of North Conway where there’s all kinds of great outlet shopping and great restaurants. Hotel also has a washer and dryer which came in very handy for us Owners are very friendly. We will definitely stay there again. "

"The property really showcases its location on the rear patio with an amazing view of the mountains. Next to the fully stocked bar, a glass of wine and seat by the fire pit make it the perfect place to unwind. The bedding is comfortable and the bathroom is of good size with soft towels and a nice shower. The hiking paths straight out the back door are well marked and easy-to-moderate in difficulty. Great place!"

"Breakfast was poor and I have had much better breakfast options in franchise motels. They call it breakfast in their advertising but use the term breakfast snacks when you get there and it definitely was just snacks. The breakfast area was also too cramped so that could be why they can only offer ‘snacks’ in that little space.
