不满意：住宿条件和设施，员工和服务
The only good thing about this place is the location. It is walkable to the church. The place is old but the inside room is pretty new. AC was not cooling down.
Very Bad customer service. The morning worker at the desk that’s working on April 14 morning at 8:30am made my experience terrible! I lost my phone charger and I asked if anyone possibly turned it in. He was so quick to say “No” without even lifting a finger. I asked if they have a lost and found and again quick on saying no! I asked him what do they do if they find something or if customer forgets something “ he said it goes to garbage”. Then as I was driving we happened to leave a bag of food for souvenir and I called the hotel and again, he was quick to say no! i am specific with the date and time because this person won’t give me his name because he said it is private. He is lazy, arrogant and rude! Lesson learned, make sure you double check that you have all your belongings because he either is lazy or they just put everything in the garbage when you lose something just like what he said!
