Nice stay, but pictures weren't accurate
This unit was not accurately portrayed in the listing - the photos did not match this unit.
Here's what was good:
Lots of space to spread out
Convenient location to walk to downtown sites, but the walk was sketchy (saw two syringes on the walk from the parking lot
The pullout couch was relatively comfortable
Yes, the basics were there but here were the problems we encountered:
No towels or sheet for the pull-out - they had to enter the unit when were out to dinner
Chair in the living room seat was broken
Smelled like marijuana out on the balcony most of the time
Most of the blinds were broken and couldn't be adjusted, one was missing entirely
Balcony door would not lock
Pool and grill spaces were NOT kept up and in very poor shape
Peeling ceiling in the bathroom
No cold water in kitchen or bathroom sinks
Tub/shower was stained
Inconvenient that there were no CozySuites staff at the building, could only converse with them via VRBO messages
If every unit looked exactly as the pictures portray, we would definitely think of staying here again.
