Great house
We really enjoyed this well appointed home on the water. The house had a ton of space and all the games in the basement were awesome! The deck was huge with amazing views. The kitchen had everything you need to cook big family meals. The only negative things I will mention, are that the dock patio and volleyball areas are not kept up well. The area was very over grown with weeds and the fire pit was not usable due to so many weeds. The other issue is the water. While there was a local swim advisory and we were not getting in at this location, I would not get in even if the algae bloom wasn’t out. The water is covered with thick grass and not swimmable. We rented a boat and it was super challenging getting the boat to the dock due to the grass and shallow waters. The dock was really nice and was a great place to sit and take in the lake.
I was a little worried about the satellite internet because some of us had some work during the week but it was really good, even with a bunch of teenagers. We even had a bad thunderstorm and it never blipped!.The owner was very responsive to some messages with questions and we would like to thank you for sharing your home with us, we had a great time! Thank you!
