A wonderful place
We loved this place. I actually thought it was even nicer than the Vrbo description portrayed in pictured. The only drawback that I can think of is the lack of dressers for clothing and limited counterspace in the bathroom. I like to unpack during a visit and those two points made that a bit challenging. I would love to go back someday.

The location was perfect, a gorgeous view down the mountains with a glimpse of the ocean. Check was very simple, though pay attention when they say take a screenshot of the check in details. There no signal up here. The host kept great communication and made sure we were ready for the stay. Definitely will be coming back

Cozy Casita
Me and my two friends spent three nights at the Casita for a girls trip. The place was clean, cute and cozy! The kitchen had all the basics plus a full spice drawer, coffee set up, including a grinder, frother, pour over coffee and drip makers along with teas. The property manager answered questions quickly and we had no major issues. I think the property is perfect for a group of 3, since there is only 1 bathroom on the property. You can hear traffic from time to time since the Casita is right next to the road. On a clear day you can see the ocean from the deck and it’s a beautiful view. None of us had cell service at the house but the wifi was good and we were able to use phones that way. We would definitely give this place a 5/5 and would consider staying again if we return to Malibu!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house was private and easy to get to. We were close enough to all the top spots around town but far enough away to “get away”. Highly recommend.

Breathtaking Views!
I would book again solely for the view! It's even better than the pictures. The morning has low clouds that sit beautifully in the valley, then you can see the ocean peeking through mid-day, and the sunset in the evening is incredible. We went in July and the temperature was still enjoyable to get in the hot tub at night (high 60s & low 70s). The only downside was that we got zero cell service on the mountain. Once we were in the house, then we were able to connect to WiFi and receive calls/texts. One day the WiFi did have issues, and the team was quick to respond and make it right. Overall, still a 5-star stay. I would definitely book again!

A Malibu Escape
The highlight of this stay is definitely the hot tub experience- the views were gorgeous, and the fire pit was a nice touch as well. The location is in the mountains but relatively close to all of the spots in Malibu worth visiting. Everything you could possibly need is provided, including a fully stocked kitchen and extra towels. One thing we weren't told about our stay is that the wifi signal was absolutely horrendous during our stay... so much so that even the TV wasn't working, and we were unable to use our phones to access internet consistently (plus, there's no cell signal as well). I'd recommend the property managers to install a mesh network (like an Eero or Google Nest Wifi) ASAP to allow the TV to work and allow the guests a more comfortable and worry-free stay.

House In The Hills
The house was everything advertised and then some! Newer rental close enough to the highways but far enough in the hills to feel like you are secluded. Whether it’s sitting on the deck by the fire at night or enjoying a soak in the hot tub after a long day at the parks, this place won’t disappoint. Just a heads up, the master bedroom doesn’t have a door. Not a deal breaker but something worth noting if you are coming with kids.

A Perfect Getaway
This is the perfect spot for a quick getaway! The hot tub overlooking the canyon and ocean is incredible, the views from the bed are breathtaking, and the location is far enough from "civilization" that you feel secluded and close enough to have everything close. Check in was super easy and the entire process was smooth. We'll be staying here again in the future.
