The house itself was clean and comfortable. There were some issues, which I addressed upon arrival. I got a quick response. Me and family were here for a funeral service for my brother so this a good location for us.

Property was great, I messed up on how to push buttons on the garage and they came and checked on it and even sent a video how to. Super nice. Clean inside beds and pillow nice. Foam tops on mattresses made it a good night sleep.

Excellent, affordable property
Clean, tidy and modern with everything provided, right down to shower gel and towels. The fruit trees were in season (July) so I had a fresh orange, still warm from the sun every morning - you don't get those in London!! The actual location (Reseda) is what I'd call an honest blue collar neighbourhood and was very peaceful throughout our 12 night stay. From a wider perspective, it's perfectly placed to access all the sights from Hollywood to Malibu and beyond. 100% recommended for an affordable, well run, safe and peaceful location.
