Great location, charming spot
Niwot was a good location for our activities, easy drive to Boulder and Front Range hikes and cycling opportunities. Quaint town center within walking distance of house with market style grocery store, several restaurants and cute shops. Efficient kitchen and nice patio seating area for relaxing after a hectic day. I would stay here again.

Nice Niwot Getaway
The location of the house and property was awesome, and was within a short walking distance of all the things we like about Niwot. The house included some very cool features that were fun (musical instruments and art supplies!) We would definitely stay there again.

FANTASTIC LOCATION IN QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD. HOUSE WAS ROOMY IN KITCHEN, FAMILY ROOM, PATIO. BATHROOMS NICE ETC ONLY ISSUE WAS HEAT NOT WORKING BUT ALL WAS FIXED QUICKLY WHEN WE WERE OUT FOR THE DAY

7 week stay while my house was remodeled.
Was told the house was dog friendly. It is NOT!! Probably 60% of the fenced in area is covered in English Ivy which is toxic to dogs!! My dogs had to get weekly allergy shots while there and have prescription foot wipes several times daily. Trouble with the locks and heating The house cries out for a deep clean and maintenance . The kitchen cabinets smell bad. There was food left behind from previous guests. The king bed had a futon mattress. The overall cleanliness was not good..

Nice place but had some issues
Had to hire a locksmith to get into the house. Keyless entry lock worked but ac second lock was active and were could not enter the home until after midnight. None of the call in numbers worked. The operator stepped up and refunded me a day of rent so that was fair. Still not pleased with their process and I hope they get a working phone number in for other future guests in all of their properties.
