"The staff were incredibly supportive and nice. The refrigerator didn't work and the replacement refrigerator didn't work and they brought up two different ones for me and in doing so were very friendly and professional. They do need to have microwave safe cups in the room though. The paper cups they have in there for the coffee machine and for the Ice Water actually started going brown when I tried to heat up my coffee again in the microwave.
