「I love that this property is right on the beach. We were there over Christmas. The property was not fully booked, so it was fairly quiet. The Gulf was too cold for us, but we enjoyed using the the provided lounge chairs to relax on the beach. Lots of shelling to do. Not a lot of people at this time. Pool was not a bad temperature and was clean. The property looks like an old motor lodge, but they have kept it nice. Our room did not have a lot of updates, but it was sufficient. 「This is a quaint, efficient space with a beautiful location for perfect sunsets. We enjoyed breakfast and happy hour on the patio each day. 「This place is just as it is described. We’ve stayed in rental condos on Florida’s gulf coast many times, and for two people I’d say this place was in the top five. We absolutely LOVE LBK as a destination for the two of us. Quiet and not crowded, even during spring break season. The beach is pristine and the view from this unit’s balcony is stunning. Definitely would /will stay here again. 」

「Cute small condo in a great location. Host was easy to work with and property was clean. Only issue was parking. Half the time there were no parking spaces available and we only had one car.」

「Need a better system for assigning chairs around adult pool...also beach lounger experience needs to be upgraded to be more luxurious probably sun beds with shade...also first day adult pool too warm waterfall was offsecond day waterfall on but was ice cold soadult pool was a bit cool must do better at keeping pool 83 degrees as most luxury pools do...also pool side service at adult pool was slow」
