"Everything was beautifully decorated, and fully furnished. The atmosphere was fantastic. The living space on the 1st floor made fellowship realy great.The view was spectacular. Snow capped trees, hilltop view, and fire in the fireplace all weekend. It made our retreat amazing. Adam worked with us leading up to the event, and went above and beyond. Would reccomend this property to everyone"

"This is a really great place! The location is wonderful! It is right on Peach Lake, with a view of the sunset. The house is very spacious with three bedrooms and two full baths. It is in a nice area that is not far from town, yet far enough away to be out of the main downtown. Communication with Ivy the owner was super easy. We will be back!"

"Absolutely loved this place!! The only downfall was that we were unaware they put ac in the week before we came, so the fans in our car took a lot of room. Water was clean, neighbors were friendly. They had books and board games too. They had more to offer than expected. I ever back."

We stayed in November, so we didn’t get the chance to use the fire pit, large back porch, grill, or kayaks, but the setup was great. The house/cabin was clean and had every amenity we needed. "Amazing waterfront house exactly as described in the listing. The back porch was amazing for enjoying the view of the water and playing games. House came with many extras compared to previous rental properties. If you are considering booking, I highly suggest moving forward! The communication with the owner was very easy and provided extra details for check-in, house/lake rules and allowed for early check in as we got to town before 4:00. "First, this property is so Nice!! The photos do not do the beautiful home or property justice. Our group had 14 adults, only 4 couples. With 3 kids. "Great property and close to Tawas for shopping and Lake Huron. Beautiful sunsets. Loved having a washer and dryer. We were a little disappointed that the Sand Lake access wasn’t closer but it all worked out. We drove to Lake Huron and swam in the Great Lake. "

Local property manager did an awesome job in communicating and follow through. Lots of side by side trails. Central air would have been better than the movable air conditioners, however they did work. "

They were up for the Labor Day weekend next door.The home has 3 bedrooms top floor, (King, double and bunk room w/ 2 double bottom bunk beds w/single top beds), 1 bath (with bathtub, shower, double sinks), living room w/ large smart tv, (this is the1 steaming tv in home), full kitchen, table for 4, washer/dryer on main floor.
