"We got this room because of price point and proximity to Arrowhead Stadium. Exterior is dated and parking lot rough. Our window view was out at round level looking up a bare hill. The room was ok, older up date. We only used it to sleep and it was relatively quiet, it is about a block off of a main street. Bright side was the wonderful lady running the breakfast, always made conversation and left us smiling."

"General cleanliness was good. Some things have been updated, but the bathroom door looked like it had been punched or something. The shower ceiling was low, I'm 5ft 6in and I could touch the ceiling easily with my hands. However the water pressure was amazing, best water pressure I've ever had."

"This house exceeded expectations. We had a group of 18 ranging in ages from 6 to 75. The outdoor space was a hit with all the kids in spite of cooler November weather. The commercial style kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make a Thanksgiving meal. The indoor space had so many areas of entertainment and relaxation. We couldn’t have asked for more. The stay was great and we would highly recommend!"
