「I loved the way the owners have a large selection of vhs' to take to your room. The room was clean. The lake is beautifully nestled in a small valley that is not overly polluted with noise from the highway near-by. I was sad that the owners were not able to open their restaurant this year due to staffing issues. But will definitely be back and am looking forward to that Italian meal.」

「It was modern and rustic feel located in a country setting situated about 45 minutes from 100 mile house town. The property has very unique characteristics to find on the Carver property. 「Communication with Shirleen was great and check in was very easy. Good dirt biking trails in area. Fishing was not good when we went, might be better at a different time. Kids loved the swings they had.」

「Inside the cabin was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Communication with the Property Manager was very prompt and helpful. Our group was travelling to and from a family reunion for four days which meant 20 kms of tough gravel road driving each way. It was tough on our car, would recommend a truck or SUV if doing a lot of driving from the cabin.」

「Great cabin, suited us very well. Road in is currently being worked on and thus was very muddy and a regular car would have not been able to get to the cabin. Hopefully the work will be done soon. Otherwise everything was fantastic.」

「Beautiful lake, cabin was semi-clean, needs a deep clean. Cabin has a strong, musty mothballs smell( not pleasant in my opinion). For the price that we paid per night, I felt that firewood should be included. We had some cold, rainy days and the inside electric fire sound like it was going to blow up so we had to turn the stove on to warm up the place. Barbeque that they provided was not in good repair and was full of cigarette butts.」

「What a great place and hosts. Our experience is that the pictures and descriptions online overpromise, in this case the opposite is true. Its even better!
