Worst experience ever.
It was a terrible experience. My friend and I stayed for four fays during our trip in London. I booked a double room. I didn't expect much when I booked the hotel with a rather inexpensive price. Them, I was checked in with Room 57 which is in the basement and doesn't even have an indication number on the plate which usually is visible to the guests right after you're stepping out the elevator. The room assigned to us has no telephone, a dungeon-like bathroom which has no separation of the shower and toilet. More, the space of the room is so small that I cannot even open my luggage!!! And the room is located next to an exhaustion hose. And it doesn't have a wifi nor cell reception in the room. So, we are blocked from the outside world whilst we were in the room. I had bare the environment for two night until I asked for a replacement of room. The staff of the room changed the room promptly after I asked. I suspected that they knew what is going on when I mentioned ROOM 57. It was the worst experience ever!!! We were fooled by the photos provided on the website.

The price for the room was good considering how expensive hotels in London are. The room was small but had everything we needed. It was clean, it had a bathroom, the beds ans a little closet. Perfect for a short trip. The thing that surprised us was that we had to leave the key at the reception everytime we left the hotel. But the receptionist were there 24h and they were super nice. The bad thing was that we could hear everything through the walls ans the firts night our room neighbours were partying and made a lot of noise at 5am. But in general everything was correct. The hotel is close to two metro stations, supermarkets and Hyde Park.

Second time I’ve stayed here and I can honestly say it’s by far the best hotel in the area for its price. I paid a small amount for a huge room that was very clean with a lovely view. I cannot say enough about how great this find was and I shall certainly be coming back
