"Really handy location for our London city break. Main areas of hotel were nice although room itself in particular the bathroom would benefit from a refresh. Shower leaked and flooded bathroom floor each time it was used and the temperature varied a lot with poor water pressure. We found the lady on reception at check in to be very nice however distinctly average interactions with all other staff throughout the rest of our stay. "

"A wonderful family stay with our 9 year old. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful - a particular shout out for Emily who checked us in and checked on us every time she saw us pass. Lovely club lounge food and setting. Room brilliant and clean. Conveniently located for heading into the city centre, as well as having lots around to do including lovely walk over the river to Tate Modern. Spa nice and quiet though pool was a bit cold this time round compared to our last stay here"

"We booked a room there with our 2 children to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had the nice surprise of being upgraded to the Royal Suite which was absolutely fantastic. The staff at reception was extremely nice and helpful, and gave us access to the lounge while our room was getting ready. Breakfast was amalzing too. All in all, a stay that we will remember for a very long time! "

"It was absolutely stunning, don’t have one complain. First class hotel. Best high tea I ever had. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms are very very clean. It’s what I kind of expected and it was even better. My husband and daughter just had high tea there tonight! They loved it!!!"
