Avoid at any cost,whole hostel is full of junkies,people doing drugs every corner,in 2 nights i was there police came in atleast 4 times,not safe for girls/women specially,although they clearly mention no “no check ins after 10pm” the staff have let ppl check in after 12 as well ,so you wont be able to sleep, staff will give you access cards which wont work,will give you beds where someone else is sleeping,last but not least this is a steep climb from holland park station approx 15 mins and you wont find this place as there is a tiny sign at the side of the park, but no where it says “ safestay hostel” or anything, when we were checking in there were 12ppl checking in and only 2 staff who quite conveniently disappeared while arguing with each other, in a nutshell anything but safe,horrendous mockery of a hostel!

The price is right for a room in central London. However, be advised that there is no maid service and you will have the same sheets and towels for the duration of your stay. Finding the place is also a bit tricky so email ahead for directions.

Mo and Sara exceptionally helpful. Mo talked me through directions using google maps at midnight as I was lost. The dorms are spacious compared to other accomodation. The ad said the windows were open and facing the park, but the sidewalk passed by my windows and door, and there were sewers and manhole covers on the sidewalk. In the middle of the night, people walked across the sidewalk dragging suitcases, and the suitcase wheels made a loud noise. Advertising is fraud. I demand compensation.
