I checked into my room around 9 PM after a 14-hour flight, only to find it was uncomfortably warm—around 26°C. I went down to reception to report that the air conditioning wasn’t working. When I returned to the room at 11 PM, nothing had been done. I called reception again and was told someone would be sent up. About half an hour later, I was told it had been fixed, but the room temperature hadn’t changed at all.
By midnight, I was exhausted and still dealing with the same issue. Only after complaining again did they finally change my room—at 1 AM. The way this whole situation was handled felt very unprofessional. There was a clear lack of urgency, communication, and care for guest comfort. Extremely disappointing experience, especially after such a long journey.
