Hotel was great - really modern and stylish rooms. When we arrived we weren’t greeted by the staff in a very welcoming way. The lady behind the desk barely said hello before asking for ID. Another lady was putting stock away behind the desk and she was so polite and welcoming and thanked us for choosing to stay with them which was lovely! We were given our room key and when we got to the room we realised we had been given the accessible room. We didn’t request this so we were a bit confused as to why we weren’t told when she gave us our key. The room was situated directly next to the lift so unfortunately this meant it was very loud throughout the night with people coming home. This inconvenienced us slightly as we had an early morning half marathon so needed a good nights sleep. I have stayed in this hotel previously with absolutely no complaints. Breakfast is great and the rooms are comfortable and modern.

Sehr schönes Hotel und gut zu Fuß erreichbar von Liverpool Street, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet, wir waren allerdings in einem behindertengerechten Zimmer, da es das letzte mit Fenster war, hätten aber tauschen können. Wenn man keine Behinderung hat, war es etwas umständlich aber nicht schlimm, ist ja schön, dass es solche Zimmer gibt. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung aber keine große Auswahl. Eine Käsesorte und gekochter Schinken. Baguette, Toast, Volkorntoast, Glutenfreies Brot, Croissants, Schokocroissants, Müsli, Marmelade, Eier, Rührei, Bananen, Äpfel, Joghurt, das typische englische Frühstück und man konnte sich Waffeln selbst backen. Kaffee, Tee, Orangensaft, Apfelsaft und Wasser. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und die Bedienung beim Frühstück war auf Zack und hat immer schnell abgeräumt und das Buffet aufgefüllt. Also ich würde das Hotel wieder besuchen ☺️👍

The hotel is well-located and clean, making it a convenient choice for exploring the area. However, the experience was marred by the extremely unfriendly staff. Upon arrival, we were not greeted, and there was no sense of warmth or hospitality. The reception staff were unhelpful and appeared cold and irritated, which really left a negative impression. The overall attitude from the team was disappointing, as we expected a more welcoming atmosphere at a Hilton property. Despite the good location and cleanliness, the lack of customer service made the stay less enjoyable.

This hotel is a basic, no frills, budget hotel ! The standard of housekeeping is very good. My room and bathroom were both very clean. The Receptionists are exceptionally friendly, polite and, obliging. My room lacked any windows. I dislike hotel rooms without a window. I understand that prison cells in His Majesty's Prisons all have windows. My room had a rather vulgar picture, hanging on the wall, of two London Transport Routemaster Buses upon Westminster Bridge. The tackiness of this image was enhanced by its loud and common ambient lighting feature. If this makes up for the lack of the windows I am unimpressed. The buffet breakfast was mediocre - the bacon was covered in slimy white marks arising from its excessive water content and the catering sausages were anaemic looking and tasteless.

Lage ist sehr zentral und mit Bus und U-Bahn kommt man überall problemlos hin. Das Frühstück ist halt typisch englisch. Ist völlig ok. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war leider mittelmäßig. Überall im Zimmer lagen Haare die definitiv nicht zu uns gehörten, bis zum Schluss wurde nicht einmal durch gesaugt oder gefegt. Die Betten wurden erst am vorletzten Tag überhaupt mal gemacht und vorher wurden die Decken einfach nur aufs Bett geworfen. Wir sind wirklich nicht verwöhnt, aber wenn die Bettdecke einfach nur aufs Bett geworfen wird, brauche ich dafür kein Housekeeping. Das Bad wurde ebenfalls erst am vorletzten Tag sauber gemacht, wobei dann auch noch der dreckige Lappen auf unserer Toilette vergessen wurde… Als wir nach einer zweiten Bettdecke an der Rezeption fragten, wurden die Augen verdreht. Wir bekamen zwar eine Decke aber freundlicher Service sieht leider anders aus. Alles in allem ist es trotzdem ein sehr modernes und super gelegenes Hotel was wir weiter empfehlen können. Wahrscheinlich hatten wir einfach nur Pech mit dem house keeping service…

No window and loud banging from 7 AM
Photo on the website shows a room with a window, I was given a room in the basement with no window. I would have expected the description to explain there was no window. The basement rooms also seem to be under the gym, so there was plenty of banging from about 7am.

Really nice, new hotel. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was great and had a wide range of options. Only a few minutes walk to the Old Street tube station and some really great food options in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are great, small but there is a huge plasma screen tv. My maid never cleaned my room properly or replenish refreshments on my final day. Thirty minutes walk to St Paul’s cathedral. A few restaurants near by. Breakfast was very good but limited healthy options such as fruit. Fairly noisy a night. I probably won’t book this hotel again 😔
