Value for money

The reception was nice to us, quick response and also provide us with much more information! Though the room size is not very big, still enough to put our luggage. The location was very good, it takes within 10 mins to Bayswater and Queensway station, also there are many shops around the underground.

The room key cards were not workings all the time! 2. We found windows of the room was opened when we are back creating protential security danger. 3. The hair dryer produced weak warm air only....

This hotel locates at a very nice and quiet environment. There are many nice restaurants in the neighborhood. It's just a walking distance to both central and circle tube lines, Paddington train station, and Kensington Palace.

Small hotel easily accessible, among 3 tube stations, few mins walk. Staff were nice and helpful. Room was tidy with good storage. I love the high ceiling. Shower area a bit small. Breakfast was fine with adequate refill, but dining area too small for so many guests. Queue at peak hours.

The good: The staff were very friendly and catered for us very well. Transport around the area was really good and optimal for our entire trip. The neutral: Rooms were a bit smaller than expected as the design of the room we were in made it more cramped then it should of been, maybe include more pictures of the rooms to fix this. The bad: Had a few noisy neighbours especially near 12am~2am as the walls are paper thin but this is not to the fault of the hotel.

Good location, easily walkable from Paddington and Queensway Tube Station ( Central Line) . The Reception staff were superb and very helpful. Nice area, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, in addition to Kensington Park. The room met our needs with all the facilities we required. I've stayed in a few hotels around this area and this was the best, I've used. We had our 5 year old Granddaughter with us and the staff were so kind to her, she liked it too .

We had the best experience at this hotel. The room had everything we needed, the hotel looks simple from the outside, but is really nice inside and it gives London vibes! The staff is very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The front desk attendants were nice and knowledgeable, and helped us navigate the city. It is about 5-10 minutes walk to public transportation, depending on which station you need to get to. The walks around the hotel were peaceful, quiet, and felt really safe. There are small convenience stores nearby for anything you might need in the middle of the night. There is an elevator so it’s easy to go back and forth from the higher floor levels. But it’s also nice to walk down the beautiful stairs! The breakfast is good as well. We’ll gladly come back and we recommend this hotel.
