• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150
• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited
• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted
Please note that I offer two options for handling the security deposit for your stay:
1. £500 Security Deposit: This deposit is refundable upon check-out, provided no damages are incurred during your stay.
2. A £35 Non-Refundable Damage Waiver: Alternatively, guests can opt for a damage waiver provided through STRLY. This waiver offers protection during your stay, offering you peace of mind without the upfront deposit.
