"Great place to visit at the lovely Senggigi beach. Most amazing swimming pool and gardens kept to perfection. Rooms were light and airy and well equipped for tea and coffee etc. restaurants were great and good value and the quality was awesome. The staff are excellent and went out of their way to be helpful. Highly recommended. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Novotel! We were hesitating between a resort and staying right in Kuta, but I am glad we chose the resort. It gave us a nice and quiet place to hang out that was a needed contrast to the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were very helpful and nice! The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and great amenities. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. However, I did notice that the toilet bidet hose in my room could use some extra cleaning attention. It’s a small detail, but keeping everything pristine enhances the overall guest experience. Despite this, I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing stay. I’ll certainly be back! "
