Great Property for family weekend
The property itself is beautiful. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy. The house is large and easily accommodated 8 adults. We didn’t leave 5 stars because we found the bedding to be less than adequate. Pillows need to be replaced with new and better quality. The bathroom towels were old and scratchy. Other than the linens, everything is a 5 and we would stay again.

Beautiful property nestled near the hills and mountains of Wellsville. Well cared for and convenient for all the Founder's Day activities we participated in. We enjoyed the pickleball court, trampoline, playground, and yard. We enjoyed our time there. Some of my grandchildren really enjoyed the black and white cats hanging about the property.

Family Fun
We stayed as a family and gathered all of our adult children and plus one's here. We had plenty of room to eat, watch sports on the tv, and play games. We particularly loved the ping pong table and the pickleball court!

Fabulous
This property is as good as advertised. My team stayed here for several days, plenty of room for all to spread out. We LOVED the pickleball court, just chilling in the most scenic view of the mountains. Fantastic home for a family reunion, plenty of space and all the amenities you could need. How was sobaccommodating, allowing us to drop off cold groceries early on day one and late on day two in the 100 plus degree heat. We will stay here again!

Met the owner on the property. He was accommodating and great to work with. Can’t say enough about the views....stunning. The property was large and worked well for my family and friends that had traveled from out of town.

Fun weekend with family
What a great place for a family gathering! There is so much room and so many things to entertain people of all ages! We had a couple of toddlers that had as much fun as the adults! Tennis matches, ping pong games and outdoor fire ring for smores! I would highly recommend this house. My only suggestion is that they label cabinets with contents. We spent a bit of time trying to find things. I would definitely rent this home again.

Perfect for Families
We had a funeral in Logan and needed a place for my extended family to stay. This place was perfect: plenty of room for everyone, great activities (the tennis court, playground, ping pong table, and basketball kept the kids occupied), beautiful scenery, and a short drive to Logan. Easy check in and check out, had all the amenities you could need, and was very clean. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect for our large family gathering.
There is actually two properties that connect with a door. So we had 29 people at these properties with a hand full of visitors as well. Between the two we had two kitchens, two living/tv rooms. Beds for 24 with two floor mattresses. Very spacious. There was a multipurpose room for playing or ping pong. We will stay there again for sure!

Spectacular!
Our family stayed here for Thanksgiving, and it was perfect! Lots of room to spread out and chill. We played ping pong every day, built an igloo on the tennis court (it snowed a lot!), watched they neighbors cows, and enjoyed the beautiful surrounding. Exactly what we had hoped for!

Great stay. Beautiful open floor plan. Our group loved it
We really enjoyed our experience staying here and will be staying again. Huge kitchen and well connected to living room for eating, playing games, and hanging out. Could use some new ping pong paddles and balls. That is literally the only improvement to our stay here. Everything else was great.

Beautiful, secluded place with lots of room for little ones. We loved the large bedrooms, big closets, and the huge gathering area. Thanks for the little extras too: jetted tub, motion-sensored lights in the bathroom, portable tables and chairs, stroller, pack-and-play, extra bedding, and especially the very friendly orange cat.
