The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, nice dishes and glasses, an oven and refrigerator. The bed is comfortable, and the living room is a great place to hang out. The location set well back from the road made it possible for me to sleep with the windows open and enjoy the summertime sounds of crickets and cicadas. That being said your rental is attached to the live in property manager by a wall, and on top of a golf course club house. Every morning they ran lawn mowers outside our window waking my 6 month old baby. They would just have it idling which was bizarre to me.
