"I recently stayed at Glenn's home for a family get together (a chance for my 3 children to get to see their grandparents who can no longer travel). The property was fantastic. We cooked at home one evening and the kitchen was well stocked. The large dining room table in the great room was perfect for a group.The home was well furnished, all of the bedrooms were extremely comfortable, and the view of the river is incredible. We visited in late December so didn't get to use the outdoors. ...

"Location was great! Neighborhood was nice and good for walking the dog. Property owner was responsive when items were needed for the rental. The entire rental needs a deep clean and some more seating for the TV room. Maybe a few upgrades to the furniture, appliances, kitchen ware etc."

"We had a really wonderful and cozy stay here. We enjoyed being in a vintage property. The backlot needs some cleaning so that it is more enjoyable in summer. I would recommend staying in this property for a vacation."

"Loved this property! It’s an older building, like all are in South Buffalo, but the charm was amazing and the size was perfect for my wife and I. Plenty of street parking and friendly neighbors upstairs. Would stay again!!"

"I would definitely stay here again. Kelley was excellent at communicating with me and answering any questions. The house was clean and decorated very cute! They even had up a Christmas tree and decorations at Thanksgiving! Kitchen was stocked well. Beds were comfortable. The location is very convenient to so many places. It was the perfect location for us. There is a train track across the street just as an FYI. We will definitely look for this home when we need one in Buffalo again! Thanks...

"Very cute and charming little house! It was perfect for what we needed. The property and house were very clean and tidy. It’s great location in terms of distance from every thing, had the weather been warmer we would have walked everywhere! The host was very responsive and helpful in many suggestions for the area. The only thing we didn’t like was the neighborhood. Thankfully this house made us feel safe in a somewhat ify neighborhood so we were extra grateful for a safe place to sleep! "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. We were in town to visit family and to enjoy Lewiston and the surrounding areas. The listing was very accurate. The owner was super responsive with us. She was very friendly and accommodating. We were very pleased with the ample seating in the living room. The house is very convenient to Lewiston, the gorge, Niagra Falls and Canada. We even worked in a day trip to Toronto. We would easily book here again! Thanks Mary!"

"Overall the stay was great! The place was very clean and the property manager was very prompt with responses to questions. The only 2 minor issues, personally, were... 1. If someone is renting the upstairs, you can hear every move they make downstairs. The steps for the upstairs guests are only separated by 2 doors that would lead into the downstairs apartment but are remain locked. One of those doors is very to the bedrooms. Therefore, it's somewhat loud when they come in our out. The other...

Thankful for a night of rest

"This property was fantastically convenient with a family member in extended stay at Buffalo General Hospital during a major snowstorm. We were able to walk right across the street (including my disabled mother ) without any issues. The affordable room was clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. Hallways were fresh and smelled very nice. Very clean shower with good water pressure and nice toiletries. Friendly attendant at the breakfast, offerings were substantial and delicious: Seattle's best coffee, omelettes, sausage, potatoes, English muffins bagels cereal yogurt pancakes! A lot of choice. All of the staff were kind, polite and helpful. It was great to rest here during a worrisome and stressful time. "

Fun Stay

"Came up for the bills/ravens playoff game. Did the online check-in before arrival so i wouldnt have to deal with it at the hotel, uploaded my ID, gave a credit. Upon arrival at the front desk, still had to give them my ID and a credit card. What was the point of doing it all online if i still have to do it at the hotel? Room was nice sized and clean. Bed was very comfy. Only criticism of the room itself is that the bathroom was a bit dated, especially the shower. But the water pressure was amazing, so that made it okay. Interactions with the staff went well. Breakfast was pretty standard, but it did the job, and thats what matters most. Hotel was in a great location. First time in Buffalo when there was actual snow, so im not sure if its standard practice to not clear the snow from the lots and sidewalks, but we left at 11am and the lot was kinda clear due to cars driving on it, but the sidewalks, aside from the entrance, hadnt been touched. Another first for me was getting a text the day before check-out asking me what time i was leaving. All-in-all, we had a great stay, aside from the ravens losing. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. "

"Our room was very comfortable. My only negative comment would be , we asked for shower chair ( my husband is an amputee ) and the hotel didn’t have any . Other than that we enjoyed our stay here . "
