"There are a few issues with the listing and the property. Very happy overall with our stay. However, second bathroom door does not latch. No heat register in the second bathroom which makes it very cold. Master bedroom door does not latch. Grounds were not kept up very well. Extensions cords laying across the back sidewalk. Yard is NOT fenced in like the description indicates. We loved the location and the overall layout of the house, just needs some attention. "

"This was the perfect location and everything about this place was amazing. We come down yearly for my husband’s birthday and found this location because where we typically stay was booked. It was a blessing in disguise because this quickly became out favorite. Castle and Key and Glenn’s Creek hold a special place in our hearts so to be close to them was nice. Highly recommend this place. We hope to be back next year. "

"We enjoyed our stay here. Peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything. Cleanest rental we have stayed at. Comfy beds, large TVs, beautiful sunrise from the deck, stocked coffee bar, and welcome snacks were wonderful. Would love to stay here again. Thanks for being a thoughtful host!!!"

"Nice roomy house that’s very well laid out for guests. The host has really gone out of their way to make the stay easy and pleasant. We were amazed by all the extra “essentials” provided. If you forgot to pack something, other than clothes, it’s probably available in the home. We’ll definitely stay there on our next visit to Bourbon country!"

"We had a lovely time in Frankfort. The house was beautifully decorated for our bourbon themed trip and was very cozy. The beds were so comfortable and the house had practically everything that we could need. We had a slight hiccup with check in but Nate was quick to respond and unlock the door for us. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others."

"Everything about our getaway was perfect. We arrived to the house around 9 and the keyless entry was flawless. The house was exactly as the pictures described and was perfect for two couples. The decor of the home was nicely created and felt very homey. We spent most of our time on the Bourbon Trail and loved the location so we could get to where we were going in about 30 to 45 minutes. Buffalo Trace was a daily stop and was a 30 minute drive. We’d definitely recommend this home. "

"We all loved the property and had more than enough space for 6 of us to relax after visiting distilleries. Having 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms was perfect when we needed some space or quiet, and there is a good sized tvs in each living room. The bathrooms and kitchens are nicely updated. We walked to dinner in downtown shelbyville - about 4-5 blocks. We would definitely stay there again. "

The cabin was clean and decorated for Christmas, which our family loved. We enjoyed the trails and my son found that their pond does have 5lb largemouth bass.
