"This property is located in a very quite area, excelent for relaxing with family. We went last Thanksgiving and spent two nights and we loved it. The kitchens (it has two) are very well equiped and everything worked well. Everything looked clean and the beds and conftable. The garage in the first floor has a ping pong table, fooseball, air jockey, and even a basketball hoop in the driveway, all in great conditions, we spent good times in that gaming area. There is a lot of space to sleep and hang out and the river is just at about 2 to 3 min away. Peggy was a great hosted and was always available for any inquires. We definitely will stay in this property again. "

"This is the second time I have stayed at this great spot (first time was with my sister & nephew; they absolutely loved this place!). This retreat was a solo adventure. The property location is fantastic; The spot on the Llano River has a sandy beach- fishing & swimming at this location are great. Across the property is pristine nature/unoccupied land- The view is so peaceful. Mornings on the back patio with coffee are A+. Upon check-in the place was spotless; everything was in order. The property management is friendly & responsive. When I visited- they are working on a new house next door (a new build); the noise was minimal. I used the property as a "jumping off point" for small day trips in the area (hit different spots on the Llano River up in Llano, went over to Castell, hit the Kingsland Slab which is less than 10 minutes away). In summary I love this spot: The price is extremely fair. The property is a bit dated but is so comfy & clean/in order. I'm hoping to return early summer 2025 with my sister & nephew!!! "This home was Absolutely fantastic!!! It has everything you need for an amazing vacation on the lake!! The home is so Beautifully appointed and has everything that you need on-site! The game room has sofas, TVs with all the fun games like shuffleboard fuse ball, a pool table and more! The beds are super comfortable and very very clean! The location is simply amazing. The views of the lake are Breathtaking !! This home comes with a boat slip paddle boards and lily pad for the water !! The deck on top of the boathouse is phenomenal and made for great evening gatherings !!Management and ownership was phenomenal and they made it very easy for check-in and check out. Super clean too!!! Not to mention H-E-B and Ace Hardware are literally three minutes from the home, which makes it very convenient !! I highly recommend this home.We can’t wait to come back !!! "

"Relaxing Location, with a great view. Enjoyed our stay as the house was spacious and accommodated everyone. Toddlers and older kids loved the place and open living room. The river was flooded with all the recent rain but it looks like it’s a great spot to get in the water once it slows down a little bit. Would definitely stay again!"
