"Beautiful property sweet and kind staff"

"Enjoyed the amenities at this property and location. Staff was courteous and attentive. Valet worked well. Room lighting could be brighter. Noise from hallway and room above was higher than expected but did not impact us. The TV was not working. We would definitely stay again."

"A cool and eclectic B&B that is relaxing and comfortable. Very little involvement with people other than other guests which was fine with us. We enjoyed the grotto pool and watched the sunset from the upper deck. The highlight for me was being able to see shooting stars early in the morning from the upper deck. Deer met us on the road coming in and cats greeted us when we arrived. We will be back!!"

"Our room was large with a sitting area. The bed was comfortable. The rooms and bathroom were clean though a little dated. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory but not outstanding. There was adequate parking and it was on the property just 5 minutes from Main St in Fredericksburg. We would stay there again."
