“This was an ideal location for our 3 day stay in Wales as it was close to a main road route. Facalities were as you would expect, and the room was clean and comfortable. Some plug sockets had USB charging and there was free Wi-Fi. We only had breakfast here. This was very nice and tasty. Guests can customise the selection of food, no need to stick to the menu. The staff were very nice and polite. Overall a very nice stay.”

“服務態度欠佳，對客人要求愛理不理。早餐多士嚴重燒焦。房間除床品交清潔之外，地氈骯髒，厠紙放在地上的廁所刷旁，沒有任何包裝，非常嘔心反感。房間門的鎖一推便輕易打開，根本沒有保安功能。我們的房間也是逃生出口，除了逃生出口的窗之外（逃生出口是連接地面的出口任何人都可出入），根本冇窗，因此整晚要開着這個唯一的窗睡覺，以致不能安睡。加上整晚亮著出口的綠燈，非常欠佳。”

“Beautiful decorated room ,perfect temperature and plenty of room ,lovely hot shower with all the toiletries .The house was in a lovely quiet spot away from the busy part of Betswy-coed but only a few minutes walk away Breakfast was perfect and had a fantastic help yourself set up,loved the fridge idea for customers and fresh milk ready in the fridge. Highly recommend for the perfect tranquil stay ”

“This is an excellent hotel, situated in an ideal position in Betwys y Coed. The staff were lovely, especially Jude who took care of us for the week we were there. The rooms were good, clean & comfortable, good bed. The food was ok - typical breakfast fare and a decent restaurant without being spectacular. Overall an excellent stay. I would definitely go there again. ”
