"While the rooms were small, as expected, they were well decorated. The hotel was conveniently situated between Times Square and Rockefeller Center, so it was easy to walk to many restaurants, stores and sites. Our only real complaint was the elevators. They often didn't come when called, or stopped working when people got in them. We got stuck on the third floor trying to get up to our floor for over 20 minutes one morning after grabbing breakfast for our family. "
