"We loved staying here overall. Great house, great pool, great location, great views! A few negatives, dogs barking at dawn and twilight. Not just a dog but all of the dogs at once. Also electric and water are extra if you use more than $50 worth. You think way more about your electric and water use than you should on vacation. We really liked being able to go to Tug Boat Beach in 10 minutes. Best snorkeling we found on the island. A great base for exploring."

You definitely need a car to get around and we rented the car from our hosts. The thing that saved us was the internet box so we could use our cell phone for GPS. "The property was very clean and close walk to beach and restaurants. We were seven adults and had ample room. The pool was great to cool off in. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed and the bbq was used daily. We rented a car and drove to a couple of other beaches but our favorite beach was Jan Thiel."
