"The staff at the Santa Justa Hotel were EXCELLENT!!! They were GREAT!!! The staff was Professional and extremely helpful. My wife got sick during the trip and one of the staff walked with me to show me where the nearest pharmacy was located so I could get some over-the-counter medication for my wife. "This property is a fun boutique style hotel with a lot of character. It was selected because the room had a balcony with a city view. It did not disappoint. The breakfast buffet and menu were really tasty. The employees could not have been nicer to us. We really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who likes a smaller hotel with a lot of charm. "

"We stayed for 5 nights every staff member went above and beyond during our stay. They suprised my wife on her birthday with cake and a bottle of wine which was really thoughtfull. We stayed half board both the breakfast and evening meal offerings were great with a wide selection of food. The staff were very attentive every day. Hotel rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. Very close to metro stations which made travel around lisbon. Would happily stay again. "
