What a fabulous place! We changed our accommodation in Lisbon and were so pleased. This boutique hotel has been beautifully restored and is located in Chiado opposite a lively square and surrounded by great cafes, restaurants and shops. Despite its location, the lovely rooms are quiet and comfortable and we slept extremely well. The staff are friendly and provide outstanding service. The breakfast is excellent.

Here's an improved version of your review: This location was perfect—close to everything yet far enough from the noisy, busy streets. The room was quite compact, so I recommend opting for a larger one if you're booking for a couple. The customer service was outstanding; despite breakfast opening at 8:00 AM, the staff kindly packed a meal for us to take on our 7:30 AM tour. A thoughtful touch that made our stay even better!"

Highly recommend this guesthouse. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast spread was stunning and perfectly accompanied by the live piano player. Overall great stay.

This property is extremely central to old town and easily walkable to many parts of the city. Ubers, cabs, and tuk tuks are all very easy to get from here. The check in process was smooth and they stored our bags for us as we arrived 4 hours prior to check-in time. The room was clean but very basic. There were signs in reception indicating you could not eat in the room which we found odd. The beds were not particularly comfortable and the shades over the windows let in a good amount of light in the morning. The air con worked, but not super well. Overall, we likely wouldn’t pay the amount we did to stay here again, however, it is not a bad option if location matters to you most.

Lovely old building in the middle of a historic neighborhood, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast. The only very minor drawback is that the room was quite small.

DISAPPOINTING TINY ROOM! I booked the place for two adults and got a double bed (not king or queen) with approximately 30cm (12”) space around the bed, that’s it!!! The entire room was just the bed no place to unpack, put the suitcases, or even walk without bumping each other. Bathroom has the tiniest sink, unable to fit hands, wash face or drink water.

Charming place in the perfect area! Definitely for a more mature stay, they don’t seem like they would put up with any nonsense. They are very strict about 3pm check in (not a second earlier) and 50 euro per hour late checkout fee. However I believe that is because they do such a thorough job clean the rooms! My room was immaculately clean and smelled incredible! The breakfast included was a very nice buffet with a lot of options. Would recommend for sure :)

This was a lovely stay. The staff were ALL very friendly and helpful the location is perfect. Right in front of the bus if you want to venture away but it’s located perfectly in town. Finally, the breakfast is amazing, so many great options. (I’d suggest the croissants they were really good)
