I don’t have any complaints. The beds were great, the staff was nice and helpful, everything was great. I wish there had been a few other dining options nearby, but the breakfast was good and having a market nearby was super helpful

We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast which has a variety to choose from. Rooms are contemporary, sound proof and quite spacious for a couple. Beddings are superiorly soft and comfortable. Above all else, hotel staff at the reception and at the breakfast room are very helpful and friendly.

This is a great hotel. The location is very convenient, being at the end of the Metro line from the airport and very close to the Gulbenkian Museum. Two other Metro lines are close so getting around the city was easy. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast, which was included, was wonderful. The desk clerks were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Hi recommend this hotel. My mom is a senior and they were extremely helpful and patient with us. Margarida and Irina were always trying to guide us, gave information or a solution to our questions. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The hotel is newly renovated, very clean and nice. The breakfast was excellent offering a variety of hot and cold foods, pastries and drinks. The hotel is located in a safe and quiet place near metro and walkable to all tourist areas. Highly recommended and would use again if traveling to Lisbon.

Excellent hotel in a handy area for the Metro to the airport, with the best dining options and bars around it. Fantastic helpfull and friendly staff. The only reason I rate it four out of five instead of five is the rooms while nice seemed to be settled to a standard of accomadation rather than trying to offer more. Great place though for a stopover in Lisbon, just use the metro to the Airport and back and the district it is in is great for dining.
