Staff are friendly, the breakfast was excellent the rooms are cleaned daily and the beds are made, very convenient to subway and walking distance to Rossio and Chiado. Loved it.

Had a great stay the last four nights. The hotel is very central to everything and both Christmas markets (Rossio and Wonderland). Staff is very friendly and the room was clean. The bed was made and I was given fresh towels every day. Great place to stay. Highly recommend

Especially for first time travellers to Lisbon, the location is excellent. Walking distance to most tourist spots, and right by the metro for those that aren’t. If you need a fancy new hotel with amenities, this isn’t for you. But, if you want a clean place to sleep with excellent & helpful staff with great location and price. Than for sure stay here. Also has excellent water pressure.

The building has no sound insulation between the walls, Conversation from different rooms can be heard easily. The worst nightmare is when it rains. Terrible sound of dropping rain on the walls never let you fall asleep. Never try this propert .

I had a very good stay at Dom Sancho. We arrived a little early hoping to store our luggage and walk around before check in time. The attendant said we could check in early if we waited a few minutes for the cleaner to finish up in the room. The room was very nice and clean. It is a nice hotel overall in a great location. If I had to criticize anything it would be the mattress was on the firm side. I was hoping for something a little more luxurious, but I would say the bed was average in comparison with other places I stayed in Portugal. This hotel is a good value.

This is a wonderful place to stay and it is close to everything. Victor is at the front desk to make your stay absolutely perfect and Bruno really is helpful. The breakfast is always great and the rooms are taken care of every day. I not only recommend this hotel but insist you make it a stay when you are in Lisbon. My wife and I will definitely be back. Victor is a gentleman and he makes your stay memorable. Thanks Dom Sanchos your the best.

Decent hotel
Dom Sancho 1 was the only significant experience in my trip . The staff was supportive, polite they offer me a complementary breakfast sort of decent hospitality. If I have to go to Portugal again it will be my first selection hotel
