Nice to have USB plug by the bed but why the power shuts down when you turn off the light? No other power outlets by the bed. The carpet in the room smells bad.

Great property with friendly staff! We experienced some unusually rainy weather during part of our stay, so the indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub were wonderful amenities to have during the storm.

Good overall but not amazing found the slipper under the bed from a previous occupant. Some fingerprints on the bathroom doors. Bathrooms need a bit of TLC at least mine. But I’m a bit OCD. Staff kind and polite and attentive. Breakfast very good. Location is good, but it’s a bit of walking to anything just as well that Taxis are cheap . Plus point it is quiet.You don’t get the noise from the street.We had a nice time and a couple of nice dinners in the downstairs restaurant. thank you to the staff on the front desk and a doorman always very kind and attentive.

We like the property very much. The room was large, very comfortable and had all the amenities available. The breakfast at the property was ok. There was a good selection, however, for a 5 star hotel, I thought the breakfast room was more like a conference room turned into a breakfast area. The bar on the 12th floor served great cocktails and their bar menu (food) was great. The downstairs Bistro was also very good. It was centrally located and we could get to the Hop On Hop Off very easily on foot. There were some nice restaurants in walking distance.

We had great stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and nice. The facilities at hotel were very good, very clean. The room very comfortable too. The trip was to celebrate my husband’s 50 birthday. On the day of his birthday hotel surprised him with champagne and little cake, which was lovely. If we go back to Lisbon, we will stay in the hotel again for sure.

Staff very friendly and welcoming, driver was fantastic, front desk and bellhops equally as good. Food in restaurants excellent. Breakfast buffet (hot foods horrible and undercooked or overcooked) cold foods nice selection.
Complaints: We paid for a room with extra perks. 1 Hotel bar drink every day and a appetizer/canape. We only ever received this canape once in the bar (only place to get them)and the bar staff were hit and miss. We found ourselves constantly having to get up from our dining table to get cutlery or a napkin just to eat our dinner or ask for another drink. Staff were always talking with one another instead of serving guests. This happened at the breakfast as well. We got forgotten about a couple of times and had to ask for a coffee. We are pretty easygoing but do hate not being acknowledged and services paid for not being met.
Rooms are very dark. Bathroom had some mold (putting make up on was a challenge). Air flow in the hotel halls and room was poor. We kept our window open to get fresh air and movement. Housekeeper forgot to replenish coffee in our room. We bought some on our own instead of complaining.
We received little bottles of port wine and champagne every night with a platter of cheese, fruit, tarts or chocolates. Paid for but was a nice touch.
All in all 3 and a half-4 star hotel ranking.
