"We love staying at Lillian Towers. The staff is helpful and the restaurant is high quality and tasty food. They would benefit from a few updates, like their air conditioning units. But, we will always return when we are in Uganda."

Disrespectful staff, very noisy, rooms ok
"The only bad hotel experience we had in Uganda. Upon arrival, the night receptionist could not find trace of our booking (ok, this can happen) but addressed the situation very disrespectfully. First, by suggesting that we may be liars or in the wrong hotel. When the manager joined us and after again ..."
