"Good hotel, and would be better if the outside check-in kiosk would work. It didn’t, and not just for me but for multiple people. It’s an issue if you want to check in late. Another improvement would be if I could charge my EV in the garage. But staff is very friendly, breakfast is very good, bathroom is clean. TV is not very user friendly, with dozens of channels that are not available but you have to page through."

"I love this place! The rooms are outdated and need modernising but they are clean and good enough for the price. The area is the star, a beautiful part of the world with the Mighty Rhine the star of the show. Also the pool and sauna are lovely. The breakfast is incredible and the breakfast staff are lovely people who care about their visitors. We will stay here again. "

"The hotel was on the river front and our room had a lovely terrace and a great view of the water. The room was very large and well decorated with drink making facilities available. The bathroom was modern with a lovely shower. Breakfast was good with a nice selection to offer, including some hot food. Staff were friendly and helpful. Two small minuses were, no lift to our room and the hairdryer was absolutely useless. "

"Muss man mal gesehen haben, übernachten aber nicht unbedingt. Wir waren von Montag bis Dienstag dort. Kein Wort in der Beschreibung, das dann alles geschlossen ist. Keine Rezeption, keine Bar, garnichts. Kein Mensch vor Ort und alles zu. Zimmerzugang mit Code per WhatsApp bekommen. Hatten das James Bond Zimmer. Unerträgliche Hitze im Zimmer. Fenster zur Südseite und keine Rollläden. Frühstück für 20 Euro fanden wir überteuert. Macht dann mit dem Zimmerpreis 160 Euro. Dafür gibt es auch echte 4...
