"Loved this hotel, however, after coming off a reasonable flight time we found it a bit much to sign in to an app with your phone, turn lights on and off with your phone and the tv- we could not get that to switch on. "We used the Hilton as a stop prior to an early flight. For this purpose it was ideal. The room was clean and comfortable. The only criticism was a lack of toiletries, with dispensers almost empty. Despite this minor issue, overall very good."

The receptionist on arrival and booking out was a disgrace. She should not be at customer point of contact as she represents the company very badly. She is the reason this review is not entirely 5 stars and let down her wonderful colleagues.

Close to Hever Castle which is why we stayed. Interesting old buildings, very picturesque.
