Both the lounge/bedroom and the twin bunkbed rooms have access to a private balcony at the front of the house with hill views above Logan Road. There is also a spacious fourth full bathroom, off the 2nd floor hallway, with a combined shower/bath with double sinks and a washer/dryer and a built-in ironing board.
The two oceanfront primary king bedroom suites feature phenomenal ocean views and have their own ensuite deluxe resort style bathrooms. In addition to the gas fireplace in one of the suites, both suites allow you to enjoy the sounds of the ocean from the private balconies accessed through the sliding glass doors from the bedrooms. One of the primary bathrooms has been completely remodeled with gorgeous tile in a fantastic sky-lit room, oversized shower and spacious spa tub, heated floors, separate sinks, a private toilet room and a built-in vanity.
