Beautiful views
Our miniature Aussies girls and their parents appreciated the fully fenced yard. The garage made loading and unloading our stuff and the girls a breeze… very dog friendly and the views from the living and dining areas… wonderful.

Great Place for Stay
Impressive view of ocean and beach. Easy beach access 1/2 block away. Safeway store within walking distance. The house is quirkily fun with beach knick-knacks decorating it throughout. Modernized kitchen fully equipped with kitchen ware for cooking and baking. Very nice to have a dining table for eating and another table for games and jigsaw puzzles. Good housekeeping job - pets allowed but I did not detect any pet odors, fortunately. Good size garage for two cars. Nice to have use of a portable garage door opener. Also nice to have a washer and dryer for guest use. Two minor issues: the main floor bathtub spout has pulled away from the shower wall so water from a shower could get into the wall; and, the kitchen and bath floor mats could be replaced - they're feeling a little grungy. Enjoyed our stay and looking forward to staying again next year.

Beautiful view. Definitely outdated. Overall not as clean as we would have liked. Need updated more comfortable furniture. The sectional was old, dirty and not very comfortable. Carpet filthy. Our feet were black if we went barefoot. Would be nice to have multiple comfortable lawn chairs to sit in the yard. Nice big hot water tank which was great for multiple showers in the morning. Beds were comfortable, but linens were old. We had a great time, but were a bit disappointed in the accommodations. Not as clean as we would have liked. Carpets really dirty. Linens old.

Cute Beach House
Cute beach house with comfy beds and couch. Kitchen has been redone and is very well stocked with dishes and appliances. Beds were comfy. House has the best views. Great location. Lots of games and blankets. Fire place was awesome and fenced yard was amazing. Surprisingly quiet house for being older. I was excited thin walls but I slept like a baby. My only gripe was the downstairs shower did not drain. Tried plunging the drain to no avail. Also, the house is dated but well maintained. However, as it is a dog friendly house the carpets are a bit musty. Would be great if they were replaced with some laminate flooring but obviously that is an expensive project. Overall had a wonderful time with my friends would definitely return to this location!!

View is fabulous! Beach was amazingly empty of logs and collectibles. And people & dogs were sparse. The house was clean and had a great kitchen and pretty much everything we needed. A nice lounge chair would have been a bit more comfortable, but we had a lovely time.

Deficiencies
Although the view was great, this property had serious deficiencies. Internet wasn’t available, furnace was loud throughout the night, fireplace was extremely cumbersome to light, and worst of all there was no hot water, thus we left a day early. Hopefully we will receive some refund which we requested.

Didn't have snow but a wonderful view of waves rolling in at high tide. The ocean front view was well worth it!! Easy walk to the beach. We were more than comfortable and ready to call it home.

Wonderful home
We REALLY loved our stay. The only critique I have is that we paid service and cleaning fees and were asked to do our laundry, dishes and empty garbages. We would do that anyway but with the cleaning and fees paid which are not cheap, it felt like that should be included. The home was clean and comfortable and we would stay there again.

Great area and house. Beach access within a block, would have been nice to be able to use neighbors stairway for quick access. Code sent for key access was wrong but after calling property manager it was resolved. Would stay here again!

Upstairs shower was out of order. Pretty sure this rental is not up to code such as wiring and possible asbestos. Coffee pot carafe was broke. The yard does not look anything like the picture shown online. Only positive thing was the view.

Excellent location. Dated property needs attention
Views/location are great. Working with vacasa is strange since they use their own platform and do not communicate through vrbo. One shower said ‘out if order’ with no notice, and our group was too large to use one. Very very strong sewer smell from downstairs bath. Played phone tag with maintenance man, after tracking down vacasa outside of vrbo, but never made contact, as we were on the run, vacationing with family.

Wonderful, great place to stay.
We really enjoyed ourselves, great place for dogs. Huge front widows for watching the ocean. Safeway and other stores and restaurants are really close by. Would definitely rent this property again.

Great beach house with an amazing view. Older house but very clean and comfortable. Wiring could be updated. Not enough 3 prong outlets but the view and location were beyond perfect. Our little dog loved the yard. Definitely will be back.

beautiful view close to everything dog friendly, the only bad thing was the parking. We have a large pickup truck that would not fit in the garage and there is no on street parking so we had to walk just to get to the car.

Perfect getaway!
This was a PERFECT place for my wife and my's getaway! The VIEW is incredible! The bay windows over the couches let you see up and down the beach, unlike other properties with only a flat wall of windows. The street and neighborhood are quiet, and excellent restaurants, coffee, and a grocery store are minutes away. We appreciated being able to park our rental car in the garage when it rained. The beach is beautiful! We found sand dollars to the north, and at low tide, you can walk out to the rocks in the water and see starfish! Beach access is easy either 4 houses up the street or down. The house is older, like most in the neighborhood, but extremely clean and well maintained. Everything worked properly. The extra touches were appreciated such as extra towels, toiletries, and paper products. We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful view, but horrible living room furniture.
Pictures are deceiving. Nothing In the living room is what is shown on the pictures. Couch extremely uncomfortable and should be garbaged. No comfortable seating. Refrigerator did not work, luckily there were two. Dryer knob broken, had to use a pliers. Will not come back to this location.
