"A great place to stay for Belleayre for a small family or two couples. Shower is great and TVs in all rooms is a plus with Netflix and good Wi-Fi. Close to Margaretville town center and kitchen is pretty well stocked and clean. I would stay there again."

"I don't like to put negative energy out into the Universe BUT... from the steep slippery stairs to the upside down entry door to the lack of water- no water at all in the morning- then the sulfuric water. And then there was the creepy cat picture on the wall. We named the place the S King Lodge after our favorite horror writer. The stairs alone are a red red flag. No light at the top of these steep, jankily constructed danger. And then theres the inside for which the only word that suits the...

"Don’t let the photos fool you. It’s a much bigger space than the listing shows. Great layout. Amazing back yard. Unfortunately couldn’t enjoy the yard and creek as much as we wanted to due to a blizzard (which was beautiful) and it became a little too cold to spend time outside. Perfect location too 10-15 min from bars, restaurants wildlife and stores. 5 stars!"

"We rented the cottage because we needed a place to stay as we were seeing Phish play at Bethel all 3 nights . The cottage was perfect , clean ,cozy and quiet . Loved the out side !! And the Hot tub was icing in the cake !!!! "
