Weekend Getaway
Another great stay at Deva’s Farm. Great hospitality, property manager checks in to make sure everything is in order. Very great attention to detail, everything you need in one spot. If you are traveling with pets, they have everything you need. We have stayed here multiple times, and this is our favorite place to stay. We can’t wait to make another trip!

Loved The Barn!
The barn was just perfect for our girls weekend getaway. Sunrises on the patio with coffee, sunsets around the fire pit with wine. This place is great for some solitude without having to drive hours away to find it. And if you’re not looking for solitude, entertainment options are not far away. The owner, Gwen, provides you with everything you would think you’d need. She’s got it all covered to make you feel right at home. Her hospitality can be felt in even the smallest details and her communication was impeccable. This was our 2nd stay here and we’d love to go back!

Family stay for wedding
Our whole family loved staying at the barn for a wedding in the area. The property is beautiful and the barn is immaculate and has everything you would need. Plenty of space for the kids to play outside. Gwen and her husband Mark were always checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. They were welcoming and made us feel at home. Wonderful and pretty
We were in the Cynthiana area to explore our roots and the barn was the perfect place to relax at the end of some very hot, long days. It is spotlessly clean and stocked with anything you could need. Gwen was responsive to our needs and a wonderful host. Would definitely stay there again

This place is amazing! The barn is beautiful, you walk in and you can’t believe you’re in a barn. It has everything you could need and it was spotless. Gwen is an amazing host and offered to help with recommendations for the area. The only bad thing was that we only stayed two days. Would love to come back if we’re ever traveling to Kentucky again.

The best location for a perfect girls trip
This is my second time staying at Deva Farm and it’s perfect. The host thinks of everything and the property is gorgeous. A quick 15 minute drive into Paris KY is a must. Thanks Gwen for having us and we will see you again!

Bucket list trip
This was a very special trip for us and our stay at the farm could not have gone any better! Gwen was great about communication and so accommodating to a couple of special requests we had. She has thought of literally EVERYTHING and then some. Though this time it was just us two, it would be a blast for 2 couples or a family too. There were a ton of activities to do and everything was so comfortable. The appliances were first class and we enjoyed the nice upgrades while we were there. Everything was spotless and I totally enjoyed watching the cows (I think I need a little one). We even saw a shooting star! Location is very close to many beautiful and fun things to see and do. As soon as we get dates for the event we attended we plan to book for next year. Thank you for sharing your heavenly property with us!

Relaxing Getaway
The Barn at Deva's was great, it had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Our dog loved running around and exploring the property, including meeting some cows on the neighbors farm. I'd highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable, modern, quiet place to stay while in KY. Gwen was a super gracious host.

We looked for accommodations in the Lexington ares so that we could visit horse country and the ARK Encounter. The Barn was perfect. It was very clean and so comfortable. The neighborhood was beautiful. And, Gwen, the owner, is so hospitable. It was great to meet her and get to visit with her. My group highly recommends The Barn!

Farm Fabulous
Property was everything it claimed to be and more. Farmhouse has beautiful fixtures and amazing morning and evening views. I drank my morning coffee to the sounds of the country. We planned activities in the surrounding areas but would have been happy to spend it all on the property.
