Walked down the hall to our room after checkin, and oddly, the door was propped open with the dead bolt? Went in and no one was there, but the mini fridge door was opening and was warm, not sure if it worked. Some water spots on the ceiling, some chipped paint, but figured this is ok, odd but ok.
Then we sat on one bed, it clunked and shifted and squeaked. Not too great, but then sat on the other bed, and the base was broke, when I sat on the corner it dropped and the other side went up like a teeter totter.
Callled the front desk for another room, and they did give me another room, but were pretty short and not really interested in what was going on. Too busy to pay me any attention, even when I was politely telling them the issues and asking questions f they had another room available.
Just left a bad taste in my mouth, plenty return to this hotel, and not thrilled about the chain either at this moment.
