No fences for dogs and complaining neighbors
We stayed for two weeks and brought two young, friendly, but rambunctious mini schoodles that were let out a couple of times and ran around the house, and barked, as dogs might. The houses are very near to each other and the backyard is shared. The neighbor put an angry complaint to the neighbors which I received through the management company about the dogs, which in my opinion reflects the frustration of people that buy a house to live, and our faced with neighbors who rent out their house to others. After we understood that the dogs have to be leashed at all times, we enjoyed our time. The complaint from someone about the garbage stinking up the garage is real - there has to be a better way. Still, we would rent the house again. We loved everything about it. VERY well appointed, beautiful house. Congratulations.

Everything went well. Good communication from the agent. Property was as described. The facilities that were available were enjoyed by all. Would definitely go back. If the yard could be fenced in for the pets would be my only recommendation . The home was well appointed, grandkids enjoyed the play area.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean upon arrival and we were very happy with the personal touches. We had a few questions prior to our stay and we received quick and friendly responses. Definitely impressed and would highly recommend!

Good location, Nice Community Clubhouse
New home in Coastal Club Community. First encounter was smell of trash cans filled to capacity left in garage. Upon reporting the smell to property manager, his solution was to wait for trash day on Wednesday, which caused us not to be able to use the garage due to the smell, (or he could refund us a check). Besides the trash smell and a few minor housekeeping issues, the home was nice. 5 bdrms, 3 Tvs (1 in living room, upstairs loft & downstairs game room). The downstairs area is good if you have kids or teens, a futon, 2 bean bags, TV & games (we didn't use because we are seniors). A nice large space for younger people. No outdoor deck or patio as of yet, assuming because property is new. They do have outdoor furniture in backyard but we didn't use. The resort at the Clubhouse was very nice. Included pools, swim up bar, hot tub, gym, etc. We enjoyed the happy hour. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and nice. The location was just a short drive to Rehoboth, Outlets & Bethany Beach.

Breaking in new house in Lewes!
Beautiful new house with all the amenities that a renter could want for vacation. Home decor was very tasteful with a nice touch for younger kids or teenagers. Home office was very convenient to send out last minute emails or sipping on morning coffee. 10 minutes or less to the local beaches in Lewes, shops and restaurants. Would highly reccommend this property to all that love vacationimg at the beach!
