A stunning hotel, with the most superb service. They really went over and above to make my stay memorable and exceptional. The area is fabulous, with so much to see and do within walking distance , as well as an enormous choice of places to eat. Unreservedly recommended.

This was probably the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The were very kind and got us in early when our flight was changed, however the room they gave us on the first floor must have been next to the housekeeping closet because they started slamming the door at 7:30 every morning, right through until the afternoon. The listing said noiseproof rooms, however we could hear the toilet flush above us, and the guest stomped so loud one night pacing the room that we almost had to call the front desk. The first floor looks nothing like the photos and is a dungeon. The windows look below grade and get no light. I absolutely would not have booked this hotel. Staff was very nice though.

"The staff don't speak or understand Catalan, the main language in the area. They charge extra 25€ fee to clean the room when you come with a pet (little or middle size. Big size dogs are not allowed), but the room, initially, was extremely dirty. The floor was full of dust and hair from other guests ..."
