"The stay room and restaurant was fabulous. The hot tub was kind of cold, so were parts of the hotel, even with the fireplace and heat up in my room it, the cold air came right kn through the windows. Nothing major. It would have been nice to have a robe that the hotel provides and keeps, and the tv was in an awkard place so it was hard to see it at all. But those are little things. "

"Mostly excellent. The heat unit was loud and at times disturbed our sleep, but the comfort of the bed was excellent. The garage was across the street and it's a shame a covered walkway isn't available to protect one against extreme cold, snowy or rainy conditions when walking back to the hotel from the garage. Our room was very clean, spacious and quiet. The hallway carpeting was clean and plush. We look forward to staying at the Westin in Waltham again as we plan to visit family in the area regularly in the future."
