"Sauberere Zimmer und Flure, aber man merkt das alter der Zimmer und Bäder doch an (zB TV mind. 10 Jahre, Duschwanne, gerade für ältere ein Problem etc), aber ruhig gelegen. Tiefgarage vorhanden und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet. "

"Lovely hotel. 10 mins walk from HBF train station. In busy area but at the end of it so very quiet. Room comfort good and got upgraded to suite with Expedia gold status. Very strange though that you had to wait until exactly 3pm to check which made the 3pm shift start busy while the morning person did nothing. Odd bar never had a bartender? Overal nice and would definitely stay again if I was in the area. "

"This is a gem of a hostel, you can't go wrong. We had a 6 bed room to ourselves and, while initially looking a little on the cramped side, it was no bother at all as we mainly spent our time out and about. Spotlessly clean, great en suite shower, firm mattresses (which I thought were great, but guess that's down to personal preference!) The hostel is a 25 min walk from the centre of Cologne (Dom & railway station etc) and located a few mins walk from the buzzing Belgian Quarter, but still...
