"it was very hot and they turned off the air conditioning system over the 4 nights we were there. It was hot and uncomfortable to sleep and stay in the room in general. they offered a large fan, but since the room was small it was not a good option. there would have been no room for it and it would be blowing and noisy."

It's a property dating back to 1871, with an orange grove and imperial staircase, where space is at a premium. Entering the B&B is like stepping from the modern world into an almost dreamlike one.
