The condition of the room was not good. Bathroom vanity was chipped and was patched with tape. Caulking in shower was gross. And I found trash in the garbage can that didn’t belong to me. I lifted the mattress and found the bed skirt had a huge stain on it.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke when we were there and when we left they charged us $100 extra because of it smelling like cigarettes!!!!

When I first arrived, we pulled the comforter and blankets down to see dozens of tiny hairs below the blankets and an imprint as though someone had been sleeping on one side of the bed. It appeared the sheets and bedding had not been changed from the guest prior.

The room was very clean and quiet, and the bed comfortable. The room was spacious, with enough room for our portable crib, and room for our little one to play. The breakfast was plentiful, and the space very clean. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone traveling, especially traveling with children.

Although the entrance was bright and clean. And the greeting was polite and cheerful, the rest of the experience was not wort the cost. The beds were uncomfortable, we slept poorly. The comforter s were stained. We could not control the heater, so it was hot and stuffy in the room. The door to the bathroom looked like someone had kicked in the knob, or the like. Although breakfast was included, we did not partake. But, we did grab coffee and tea. The coffee was, well, free. And the tea was, basically, warm brown water. When will people learn, you can NOT make tea with hot (and especially not tepud) water. You need boiling water for it to steep properly. We will definitelynot stay there again .

This property was not only a total dump, but compared to the pictures its practically fraud. The room was dirty and smelled of smoke. When we complained about it upon check in they blammed us. We left and stayed at another hotel.

The inns location is convenient and stone throw away from Dartmouth. The front desk was responsive and accommodating. The draw backs being I had to switch rooms as the first room was dust covered on surfaces and smelled like smoke. As budget option in a pinch for a place to lay your head for a few hours and a good hot shower in the morning. This is your spot.

Overpriced; run down; issues with room.

The checkin process was exceptionally slow. No elevator for upper floors (we carried heavy suitcases up the stairs). General condition of the hotel is reasonably clean but run down. Toilet did not flush fully in our room; room appeared cleanish but both carpet and bedspreads had large visible stains. Definitely overpriced at $150/room.
